An officer responded to the 100 block of Ottawa Street at 6:47 a.m., Aug. 3, for a report of an unruly juvenile.

Ricky McCarty, 65, of Richwood, was cited for a violation of the village noise ordinance following a police report of loud music in the 20 block of Lynn Street at 1:36 p.m., Aug. 3.

The Union County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by an officer at 1:57 p.m., Aug. 3, with a report of suspicious circumstances at Route 37 and Route 4.

Police were dispatched to the 200 block of East Blagrove Street at 7:53 p.m., Aug. 3, for a report of a dispute. No charges were filed.
