From Richwood Division of Police reports:

An officer was sent to the 200 block of West Bomford Street at 12:49 p.m., June 15, for a 911 follow-up.

Jeffrey Gallant, 37, of Richwood, was cited for animals at large following a report of a loose dog in the 100 block of North Franklin Street at 7:38 p.m., June 15.

An officer responded to the 20 block of East Ottawa Street at 8:32 a.m., June 16, for a person going through a mental health crisis. A Union County Sheriff’s Office deputy assisted the officer.

Police were dispatched to a pair of telecommunications harassment reports on June 16 in the 10 block of North Franklin Street at 11:38 a.m. and the 100 block of West Bomford Street at 5:23 p.m.
