Lady Cats use strong team play to find success during summer offseason hoops competitions

Teamwork and partnership were the main focal points for NU girls head basketball coach Mitchell Loomis going into the offseason.

So far his Lady Cats are holding their end of the bargain following a team camp at the University of Findlay.

The camp guaranteed a certain amount of pool games leading to a tournament for both varsity and junior varsity squads.

North Union played a total of six pool games and ultimately outlasted the competition in the tournament, going 4-0 to top the brackets in both JV and varsity divisions.
