Wildcats compete in Heart of Ohio Junior Golf Association event at Marysville G.C.

The middle of last week proved to be the right time to be outside especially for local golfers.
Several North Union golfers partook in a Heart of Ohio Junior Golf Association event last Wednesday at the Marysville Golf Club.
Jaxon Jolliff came in second in the boys division flight A with 80 and was the highest placing Wildcat.
Olentangy’s Kaden Ottley was the crowned the winner with 72 and there was a three-way tie for third between Dawson Manns of Ridgemont, Seth Smith of Upper Sandusky and Henry Terry of Olentangy who all shot 82.
Ethan Monroe was able to place in the top 10 taking following the three-way split for third shooting 83.
Josiah Stover claimed 20th in flight A with 109.
In flight B, Jensen Stover placed in the top five tying for fourth with 84.
Alex Jolliff placed eighth in flight B with 86.
The North Union Linksmen, along with Rawley Risner, are slated to also compete in the next Hear of Ohio event taking place at the Veterans Memorial Golf Course in Kenton today. First tees are set to start at 9 a.m.
The Heart of Ohio Junior Golf Association is currently in its 39th season. It aims to guide junior golfers location in the Central Ohio area as they venture out onto the course.
