Area of Lowe’s to get a plaza

The shopping center on Delaware Avenue, home to Lowe’s and Goodwill, could eventually get some company.

A project applicant is looking to put a commercial building on the East Pointe Plaza lot just west of the Wendy’s site. To do so, they are also looking to get a variance on one specification for structures in that location.

The application comes from Carter Bean of J. Carter Bean Architect, LLC, who is looking to put a 7,000 square-foot, three or four-unit commercial building on the lot facing Delaware Avenue/U.S. 36.
