Man who shot at officers indicted

The Marysville man who shot at Marysville Police officers has been indicted by the Union County Grand Jury and is facing nine felonies.

Union County Prosecuting Attorney David Phillips announced on June 6 that Dustin Edward Ohm, 29, of 960 White Oak Court, is being charged in connection with the officer- involved shooting on May 30. Ohm is still in the hospital after being shot by officers.

Ohm is being charged with one count of attempted aggravated murder of the first degree, three counts of felonious assault of the first degree, one count of having weapons under disability of the third degree, two counts of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police o…
