Wildcats conclude 2025 spring season with postseason loss

When hits are hard to find, a tight baseball game will more than likely come down to making the least mistakes.

That pretty much was how it went as Fredericktown traveled to North Union for the Central District Division V sectional baseball final.

The game was originally scheduled to be played at Fredericktown, but was moved to North Union, who played as the visiting team, because of an unplayable field at Fredericktown.

What took place was an outstanding mound duel between the Wildcats’ Tyler Krebehenne and the Freddies’ Kaine Sheriff.

Krebehenne gave up just three hits, while North Union could only get four knocks off…
