Costly errors lead Lady Cats to loss against visiting JA

It has been a season of learning and growing for the Jonathan Alder softball team. That has pretty much been the story from the moment the Lady Pioneers held their first practice.
They got off to a slow start, winning just three of their first 10 games.
Alder rebounded by winning 10 of its next 12 contests.
However, back-to-back losses to unbeaten Kenton Ridge, which is the top-ranked team in the Division IV state coaches poll, once again had the Lady Pioneers needing a reset.
It has done exactly that with wins in their last two games, including a 9-2 victory on Saturday at North Union.
