Deputies investigated a report of a property damage crash that occurred on Route 31 near Route 347 at 5:34 a.m., Feb. 18, involving a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado that was reportedly run off the roadway by a 2021 Ford Transit van that left the scene. The van was later located and no report was taken.

Billy J. James, 47, of Broadway, was arrested for an outstanding arrest warrant in the 18000 block of Main Street in Broadway at 10:34 a.m., Feb. 18. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

A deputy assisted a Richwood police officer with a report of domestic violence at a residence on West Ottawa Street at 6:48 p.m., Feb. 18.
