NU grapplers place six athletes during conference tourney

North Union’s boys wrestling program concluded the regular season activities during its conference tournament over last weekend.

The Central Buckeye Conference wrestling tournament was held at Jonathan Alder High School last Saturday.

The Pioneers secured their sixth consecutive Kenton Trail Division title and finished second overall to Graham, which is a member of the Mad River Division. The Falcons extended their dominance in the Mad River Division claiming their 18th consecutive title since the 2007-08 winter season.

JA’s second place finish amounted to 196.5 team points.
