The Union County Health Department will now begin to offer sick bay hours on Friday mornings.

From the hours of 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the UCHD at 940 London Ave., Suite 1100 in Marysville, Union County residents can see one of the nurse practitioners for coughs, sneezes, pink eyes, sore throats and achy ears.

The UCHD team of healthcare providers can assess and treat common ailments like ears, eyes, respiratory, sinus, and urinary tract infections; rashes; and other minor ailments. No appointment is needed and children and adults are welcome. Most insurances are accepted and a sliding fee scale is available for anyone without insurance. Sick bay hours are reserved for the treatment of common minor illnesses and injuries. UCHD does not provide urgent or emergency care for serious illnesses or injuries. If you need to see a healthcare provider for chronic disease management, medication refills, and other primary care services, give UCHD a call at 937-645-2058 to make an appointment during other clinic hours. This is a pilot project and hours may vary based on demand and staffing.
