Lady Cats tally 10th straight win

Winning for the 10th straight time, the North Union Lady Cats defeated Shawnee 67-32 last Saturday in Central Buckeye Conference play at Shawnee.

North Union is now 14-1 overall and 7-0 in the CBC.

The Lady Cats led 22-5 at the end of the first quarter and 31-12 at the half. They had a 36-20 advantage in the second half.

Glory Blevins led all scorers with 19 points while also hitting double figures were Gabby Lindsey (13) and Kennedy Harrah (11).

North Union

Shawnee

Wilson 2-0-5, Fout 1-0-2, Botkin 1-1-3, K. Garberich 0-2-2, A. Garberich 1-0-2, Beach 3-0-6, Reese 3-2-11, Holland 0-1-1. Three-point goals: Reese 3, Wilson.

Morgan Mask scored 14 points to lead the North Union junior varsity to a 22-10 victory.
