Wildcats take home conference awards for the 2024 fall season

The Central Buckeye Conference recently announced its all-league football team.
North Union had a pair of players earn First-Team honors in the Mad River Division.
Senior defensive back and linebacker Tyler Krebehenne` was named to the first-team defensive squad while junior running back Nick VanHoose was among first-team honorees on offense.
Krebehenne finished the season with 61 tackles, including seven for losses while getting an interception.
Krebehenne was a versatile player for the Wildcats.
He rushed for 459 yards and six touchdowns, caught 28 passes for 161 yards and a touchdown, averaged nearly 23 yards on 28 kickoff returns and also served as the team’s punter.
VanHoose totaled a team-high 672 yards rushing and two touchdowns while leading the team in total tackles with 86.
Senior wide receiver Griffin Osborne and senior lineman Austin Schindeworf were each Second-Team selections.
Senior Miles Marlette was special mention and senior Josh Ahern received a Sportsmanship Award.
