At 9:48 p.m., Oct. 7, an officer responded to the 400 block of North Franklin Street for a report of a domestic dispute. Upon arrival and further investigation no charges were filed.

At 4:23 p.m., Oct. 7, an officer took a report at the Richwood Police Department for telephone harassment that took place in the 20 block of George Street.

At 6:19 p.m., Oct. 9, an officer responded to Richwood Park for a report of a suspicious person.

At 1:41 p.m., Oct. 10, an officer responded to the 20 block of North Franklin Street for a parking complaint.
