Sheriff’s Report

A deputy was sent to the Clark County Jail at 1:06 p.m., Oct. 4, to take custody of Shawn A. Johnson, 45, of Springfield, for an outstanding arrest warrant. Johnson was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.

At 1:08 p.m., Oct. 4, deputies and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the Marysville Fire Department, and the Northwestern Fire District responded to a two vehicle injury crash that occurred in the 20000 block of Route 4. The Ohio State Highway Patrol investigated the crash.

A deputy and units from the Southeast Hardin Northwest Union Fire District responded to a home in the 20000 block of Treaty Line Road at 5:15 p.m., Oct. 4, for a person experiencing a mental health crisis. The person was transported to Hardin Memorial Hospital and no report was taken.
