An officer responded to the 10 block of North Franklin Street for a report of a domestic dispute at 4:52 p.m., Sept. 30. Upon arrival and further investigation, no charges were filed.

At 5:12 p.m., Sept. 30, an officer responded to the 20 block of North Franklin Street for a report of a suspicious person.

An officer responded to the 300 block of South Franklin Street for a report of a domestic dispute at 12:50 a.m., Oct. 1. Upon arrival and further investigation, Richard Ryan, 38, was taken into custody and charged with domestic violence.

At 8:10 a.m., Oct. 2, an officer responded to the 10 block of North Franklin Street for a report of threats being made. The report is still under investigation.
