Deputies were sent to Southwestern Regional Jail in Charleston, West Virginia, at 6:56 a.m., Sept. 10, to take custody of Christopher M. Underhill, 50, of Richwood, for an outstanding arrest warrant. Underhill was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.

A deputy was dispatched to a property in the 24000 block of Kinney Pike, at 4:16 p.m., Sept. 10, to investigate a trespassing complaint. No report was taken.

A deputy was sent to a property in the 10000 block of Fulton Creek Road, at 10:05 p.m., Sept. 10, to investigate a dog bite. A report was taken.

A deputy and units from the Scioto Valley Fire District responded to the intersection of Winnemac Road and Route 739 at 4:41 p.m., Sept. 10, for an injury …
