AUGUST 8, 1924

August 7:

The Aid society of the Presbyterian church met with Mrs. Elmer Scott, of Beatty avenue, Wednesday afternoon with Mrs. C. B. Zuspan, Mrs. J. F. Rapp and Miss Ida Croft as assistant hostesses. The usual business meeting was followed by a social hour and lunch was served by the hostesses.

Mrs. P. J. Speyer entertained the Aid society of St. Joseph’s church of La Rue at her home Wednesday afternoon. The invited guests were Mrs. Fred Chiesa and little daughter Anna Mary, Mrs. L. G. Zuspan and son, Frederick and Miss Louise Rambo. A tow course lunch was served.
