For Chris Franke, the essence of his business is people.

“That really is the essence of our company, is just people. Loving people and meeting their needs,” he said.

That comes from his late father, Bill, who founded the company 56 years ago, Franke said.

“My dad just had a very gentle, soft spirit and just loved people,” he added. “We really think of everyone as family.”
