North Franklin Street work continues

Village crews from J&J Schlaegel are working to finish running the new storm water line from North Franklin Street over to Grove Street as part of the North Franklin Street phase 4 construction project, as seen pictured above on Tuesday. Village officials have estimated that the water and storm lines should be finished by winter.
