Ribbon cuttings this week

The Union County Chamber of Commerce will host two ribbon cuttings in Richwood on Thursday, June 27. Smoky Bears Grill and Chill will celebrate their second anniversary of business. The ribbon cutting takes place at 115 1/2 N. Franklin Street at 4:30 p.m.

The new operations building of The Richwood Bank will officially be open from 5 -7 p.m. with a ribbon cutting at 5:30 p.m. That facility is located at 24 E. Blagrove Street. The community is invited to share in the celebrations.

Free community meals

The Hope Center will be hosting free community lunches every Monday until July 28 from noon to 1 p.m. at their Richwood location, 10 N. Franklin…
