Sheriff’s Report

Deputies were sent to a property in the 23000 block of Route 31 at 9:54 p.m., March 25, to investigate a trespassing complaint. No report was taken.

A Union County Deputy met with a Marion County Deputy at 9:29 p.m., Monday, to take custody of Jeremy G. Morgan, 46, of Marion, for an outstanding arrest warrant. Morgan was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

At 12:38 a.m., Tuesday, a deputy responded to the 20000 block of Yoakum Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2010 Toyota Corolla that struck a deer. No report was taken.

At 12:03 a.m., Tuesday, a deputy was sent to a property in the 17000 block of Mackan Road to investigate the theft of a 2002 Honda Accord. A report was taken.
