Sunday, July 14

An officer responded to the Richwood Police Department on a request to speak with a subject. Upon arrival, the subject was identified as Larry Mannasmith, 70, of Richwood, who had a warrant for his arrest out of Champaign County. He was taken into custody and transported to Tri-County Jail by the Union County Sheriff’s Office.

An officer responded to the Route 4/Hoskins Road to assist the Ohio State Highway Patrol on a vehicle crash.

An officer responded to the 200 block of North Clinton Street for a report of a domestic dispute. Upon arrival and further investigation no charges were filed.

An officer responded to the 10 block of East Bomford Street for a report of a suspicious circumstance.

An officer responded to the Richwood Police Department for a report of an assault.

An officer responded to the 100 block of Pearl Street for a report of a non-injury vehicle crash.

An officer responded to the 300 block of South Franklin Street for a report of a domestic dispute. Upon arrival and further investigation, no charges were filed.

Wednesday, July 17

An officer responded to Richwood Park for a report of a suspicious vehicle.

Friday, July 19

An officer responded to the 100 block of South Clinton Street for a report of a suspicious circumstance.

Saturday, July 20

An officer conducted a traffic stop at the West Ottawa Street/North Franklin Street, and as a result, Glenn Grove, 79, of Richwood, was issued a citation for reckless operation and driving on an administrative license suspension.
