An officer responded to the 100 block of East Blagrove Street for a request for a well-being check.

Monday, Jan. 29

An officer responded to the 300 block of North Franklin Street for a report of a loose animal. Upon arrival and further investigation, 42-year-old Diana Detillion was issued a citation for animals at large.
