North Union Athletic Committee provides assistance to NU athletics

From its humble beginnings nearly 50 years ago, the North Union Athletic Committee (NUAC) is still providing help to Wildcat athletes year after year.

Since 2002, NUAC has sponsored 60 projects, totaling more than $300,000, and reinforced its mission statement of providing support for the athletic programs and to encourage and foster athletic activities of NU students.

“NUAC has been active since 1977 and through the generosity of the community has provided many items for the athletes,” NUAC President Reddy Brown said. “We want to help out, whatever the need may be, and take pressure off the athletes and the school district.”
