Farm Bureau offers legal help on county projects

Local officials and residents not only have a say as more large-scale energy projects come to Union County, but they also can get legal help.
That was the message to the county commissioners and concerned citizens recently as the board heard input on the matter from a member of the Ohio Farm Bureau.
Dale Arnold, the organization’s director of energy, utility and local government policy, told the board that, like the situation with solar projects over the last few years, local officials have a voice and, more importantly, the ability to intervene.
