Tressel, Miller visit NUES
If there’s one person who knows how to lead young people to success, it’s Lt. Gov. Jim Tressel.
During a visit to the North Union Elementary School on Tuesday, Tressel and his former quarterback at Ohio State, Braxton Miller, helped teach young students how to succeed through fitness.
Leaning on his former experience as a national championship-winning head coach at Ohio State, Tressel created The Team Tressel Fitness Challenge. According to the state website, this is a free program offered to Ohio students in grades 3-8 that helps encourage them to build healthy habits through fitness, nutrition, sleep, goal setting, mental wellness and an attitude of gratitude.
