Richwood tow-truck driver pleads not guilty in fatal crash
A Richwood man has pled not guilty after being charged for causing a crash that killed a woman from Prospect.
James Clay, 51, of 33 Herbert St., has been charged in Marysville Municipal Court with one misdemeanor count each of vehicular homicide, vehicular manslaughter and failure to assure clear distance ahead stemming from a fatal crash in June that killed Sharon Lynn Shriner, 63, of Prospect. According to a recent journal entry from muni court, Clay entered a plea of not guilty and demanded a trial by jury.
