From Richwood Division of Police reports:

Sept. 13

Police were requested for a civil standby at the police station during a custody exchange at 5:54 p.m.

A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 200 block of Grove Street at 10:45 p.m. and an officer responded. The vehicle and its occupants were located and identified.

At the Richwood Park, an officer responded for a report of a suspicious juveniles at 6:36 p.m. and spoke with them before they left the park.

Troy Gibson, 38, of Marion, was cited for open container after an officer responded to the 300 block of East Blagrove Street for a suspicious vehicle at 8:26 p.m.
