Leftover logjam funds discussed

There is nearly $1 million left over from the Mill Creek logjam project and local officials are trying to figure out what to do with the money.
Totals for the project indicate it came in quite a bit under budget, something they said never happens. But since that money is part of the America Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds, it has to be spent on something. Or given back to the federal government.
“There’s a limited window of eligible expenditures and a limited window of time,” said Bill Narducci, county administrator.
