From Richwood Police Department reports:

July 5

In the 300 block of East Blagrove Street at 11:21 a.m., a resident found a lost wallet and turned it into the police department. The owner of the wallet was located and it was returned to them.

A suspicious vehicle was reported at the Richwood Park at 3:10 p.m. and an officer responded. Upon arrival, the vehicle had left the area.

Keith Bakus, 40, of Richwood, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Delaware County following an arrest warrant service in the 100 block of East Blagrove Street at 7:34 p.m. A Richwood police officer transported Bakus to the county line where custody was then given to a Delaware County sheriff’s deputy.
