Editor’s note: For the 50th anniversary of the Honda Accord, the company restored a number of models manufactured at the Marysville Auto Plant that went on to be displayed for other anniversary events across the country. In April, reporter Michael Williamson was among a group invited to drive the Accords. This is a first-person story detailing the experience driving those cars.

When I pulled up to the Honda Heritage Center back in April, the first thing I saw was a line of vehicles stretching across the front parking area. Some were an older green, some were a simple gold and some were a clean, luxurious white.
