Junior golf season starts

The Heart of Ohio Junior Golf Association held its first event of the 2026 season on Monday at the Three Sticks Golf Club in Marion.

Miri Taylor of North Union shot a 92 and placed fourth in the 16-18 girls division.

North Union’s Alex Jolliff and Jenson Stover tied for third place in the boys 13-15 division.

They carded matching scores of 73.

The next Heart of Ohio match will be held on Tuesday, June 9 at the Marion Country Club.
