From Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:

A Union County deputy met with a Marion County deputy to take custody of Devaughn E. Davis, 29, of Marion, for an outstanding arrest warrant at 6:13 a.m., May 11 and he was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

Troy D. Tomlin, 36, of Richwood, was charged with domestic violence and unlawful restraint at 11:44 p.m., May 11, after deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 21000 block of Peoria Loop Road to investigate a domestic disturbance. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail and a report was taken.
