NU Osborne wins MVP at CBC track and field championships

North Union earned a second-place finish in the boys meet of the Central Buckeye Conference track championships held last week at Jonathan Alder, Benjamin Logan finished strong, scoring 40 points in the last four events to pull away from the Wildcats for a 125109 triumph in the Mad River Division.
North Union’s Griffin Osborne was a triple individual winner and was on a winning relay team. The Wildcat senior won the 100 (11.42), 200 (23.36) and long jump (22-5.5) and teamed with Nick VanHoose, Kaden Riffle and Wyatt Arver to win the 4×100 (44.49). Osborne was named most valuable player for the meet.
