NU’s track athletes Lindsey and Osborne find success during meet at Pleasant

Gabby Lindsey and Griffin Osborne each won multiple events as the North Union track team competed on Tuesday in a triangular meet at Pleasant that also included Elgin, Lindsey won four events while Osborne nabbed two individual wins and was on a winning relay team.

The Lady Cat junior topped the field in the 100 (12.91 seconds), 400 (1:00.55), high jump (4 feet, 6 inches) and long jump (17-,25). Osborne, a senior, won the 100 (10.91) and long jump (21-2.5). He also anchored the 4×100, joining Nick Van-Hoose, Kadrin Riffle and Wyatt Arver for a wining time of 44.75. The Wildcats won the boys meet with 80 points. Pleasant was second with 46 points and Elgin posted 23 points. Pleasant won …
