NU topples Graham baseball in previously delayed game

The first two Graham batters North Union pitcher Greyson Bledsoe faced on Thursday did not go quite the way he would have hoped.

The Wildcats and Falcons were resuming their Central Buckeye Conference that was stopped in the bottom of the second inning on Wednesday because of weather.

North Union led 2-1 following the completion of the second inning and Bledsoe went to the mound in relief of Jaxon Mabery, who started the game on Wednesday. Bledsoe issued a base on balls to the first batter he faced. Brody Jenkins then cranked a long home run over the centerfield fence, giving the Falcons the lead.
