North Union track finishes second at Waynesfield-Goshen Tiger Invitational behind Griffin Osborne’s record setting day

Led by a record-setting performance by Griffin Osborne, the North Union boys track team finished second on Friday at Waynesfield-Goshen Tiger Invitational.
The Wildcats totaled 112 points to finish runner- up to Indian Lake, which collected 133 points.
For the second time this month, Osborne set a school record in the long jump with a leap of 22 feet, 6.5 inches. It also was a meet and stadium record. Earlier in the month during a meet at Buckeye Valley, Osborne won the long jumo with a jump of 22-3.5 that broke the old record of 22-3 set by Bill Robinson in 1968.
