Wildcats drop pair of baseball games over the weekend

North Union had a tough weekend on the baseball field, losing 6-0 to London on Friday and 13-5 to Cardington on Saturday. The Wildcats collected six hits against London with Austin McMahon posting a double and singles and Blaine Ware getting two singles. Dominic Hainline and Greyson Bledsoe each singled. North Union’s defense helped the Cardington offense by committing 11 errors. Alex Dexter singled twice for Wildcats while McMahon doubled and Bledsoe and Braylen Riffle each singled. North Union is now 2-6 overall and 1-3 in the Central Buckeye Conference.
