Richwood Civic Center

Our Fellowship Dinner for April is scheduled for April 14. Family Audiology is sponsoring for that evening and will be sharing about what they do and playing some fun games with us. They will also be doing free hearing testing at the Richwood Civic Center on Thursday, April 16 starting at 1:30 p.m. Please call their office if you would like to schedule a specific time 937-578-2207.

Key Events and Activities

1. Trips: Our Canada trip is full; however, we have scheduled a second trip. This one will leave on Monday, Oct. 5 and go through Friday, Oct. 9, 2026. You will see some of the most famous attractions in Canada including taking a boat journey to Niagara Falls, a guided tour of Toronto, visit Casa Loma, Niagara on the Lake and Queen Victoria Park. $800 for members and $825 for non-members. A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your seat.

2. Do you want to go to a Pizza Party? On April 21 we will meet at the North Union Middle School at 11 a.m. We will carpool to Giovanni’s Pizza in Marysville. There you will make your own pizza with up to two toppings (not counting sauce or cheese). Chat with your friends while you wait for your pizza to bake. Cost is $10 for your meal, drink, and tip. All monies are due by April 17.

3. Remember that REAP food pantry is open every Friday from 8:30 a.m. to noon. If you can’t make these times, please call Ruth at 740-751-3031 to schedule an appointment.

4. Personal Needs Pantry will start taking orders on the 20th of this month. Please call Carola on 740-943-3095 to place your order to be picked up April 4.

Ongoing Programs

• Weekly Exercise Classes – Every Monday at 10 a.m. and every Thursday at 9 a.m. This is a senior based exercise.

• Bingo every Monday and Wednesday at 1 p.m.

• Line dancing every Monday at 12:30 p.m.

• Bible Study every Thursday at 10 a.m.

• Card games every Tuesday at 1 p.m.

• Monthly Fellowship Dinner on the second Tuesday of every month at 5 p.m. with $5 charge.

• Book Club on the second Tuesday of every month at 10 a.m.

• Breakfast Club on the fourth Wednesday at 10 a.m.

• Monthly Mystery trip – please call the office for more information.

Registration for most events is available at the Richwood Civic Center in person at the front desk. Early sign-ups are encouraged for events with limited capacity.
