From Richwood Division of Police reports:

An officer responded to the 30 block of East Bomford Street at 5:14 a.m., March 9, for a report of a suspicious person.

In the 10 block of North Fulton Street on March 9, an officer responded to a home for a domestic dispute at 1:13 p.m. and no charges were filed.

At 1:40 p.m., March 9, an officer responded to a loose dog report and could not locate it in the area.

Littering was reported in the 100 block of South Franklin Street at 6:38 p.m., March 9, and an officer responded.

A domestic dispute was reported in the 100 block of West Blagrove Street at 9:58 p.m., March 9. Upon arrival and further investigation, no charges were filed.

A missing license plate was reported in the 20 block of Wood Street at 3:15 p.m., March 10.

In the 300 block of Grove Street at 9:01 p.m., March 10, an officer responded to a report of vandalism to a vehicle. A report was taken.

At the Richwood Park, a caller reported a suspicious person at 11:37 p.m., March 10, and an officer responded.

The Logan County Juvenile Probation Department was assisted by an officer in the 300 block of South Franklin Street for a follow-up at a home at 1:24 p.m., March 11.

April Adkins, 46, of Richwood, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign in the 100 block of East Ottawa Street at 4:22 p.m., March 11.

An officer was dispatched to the 200 block of South Franklin Street at 2:27 a.m., March 12, for a report of a mattress in the road.

A burglary was reported in the 200 block of Pearl Street at 12:57 p.m., March 12, and an officer responded. The case is marked as pending.

A caller reported an animal complaint in the 100 block of North Franklin Street at 2:46 p.m., March 12.

Police were dispatched to a home in the 100 block of East Ottawa Street at 5:18 p.m., March 12, for a report of trespassing.

In the 200 block of West Bomford Street at 6:52 p.m., March 12, an officer responded on a report of a suspicious person.

At 5:10 p.m., March 13, an officer responded to a suspicious person report in the 100 block of South Franklin Street.

An officer was dispatched to the 100 block of Beatty Avenue at 12:25 p.m., March 14, for a report of trespassing.

Police responded to a trespassing call in the 300 block of North Franklin Street at 5:42 p.m., March 14.

An officer followed up on a 911 call in the 200 block of East Ottawa Street at 6:06 p.m., March 14.

Suspicious conditions were reported in the 20 block of East Ottawa Street at 1:43 a.m. on March 16 and 2:45 a.m., March 17.

In the 100 block of South Fulton Street at 12:24 p.m., March 18, an officer delivered a message for another agency by request.

An officer responded to the 200 block of South Franklin Street at 12:42 p.m., March 18, for a report of an individual going through a mental health crisis.

Police responded to parking complaints in the 30 block of Edgewood Drive at 4:33 p.m. and the 100 block of West Blagrove Street at 5:42 p.m., March 18.

Telecommunications harassment was reported in the 100 block of South Fulton Street at 9:16 p.m., March 18.

An officer responded to the 30 block of East Bomford Street at 5:55 p.m., March 19, for a report of suspicious circumstances.

Vandalism was reported in the 100 block of East Blagrove Street at 7:57 p.m., March 19.

At 10 p.m. on March 19, an officer responded to a loose dog in the 200 block of Pearl Street. The dog was located and returned to the owner.

An officer took a report at the Richwood Police Department for identity theft at 11:20 a.m., March 20.

A suspicious person was reported in the 100 block of East Bomford Street at 7:11 p.m., March 20.

In the 300 block of East Blagrove Street at 9:27 p.m., March 20, an officer responded to a theft report.

Trespassing was reported in the 100 block of Beatty Avenue at 5:44 p.m., March 21, and an officer responded.
