From Richwood Division of Police reports:

An officer met with an individual at the Richwood Police Department at 9:55 a.m., Feb. 2 in reference to a potential identity theft that occurred.

A caller made a parking complaint and an officer responded to the 10 block of North Franklin Street at 10:10 a.m., Feb. 4, in response. No report was taken.

Police spoke with an individual at the police department at 12:09 p.m., Feb. 4, in reference to menacing threats being made by a third party. A report was taken.

James Mcurdy, 66, of Delaware, was cited for speeding following a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Ottawa Street at 11:48 a.m., Feb. 5.
