Sheriff’s office announces winners of yearly awards

The Sheriff’s Office held their annual awards banquet at the Automotive & Mobility Innovation Center to recognize the accomplishments of their employees and others for the calendar year of 2025. The awards were submitted, nominated and voted on by the employees’ peers and presented to our UCSO staff, members of the public, members of the Marysville Police Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol. The employee awards ranged from years of service to individual accomplishments such as the Civilian of the Year, Dispatcher of the Year and Deputy of the Year.

The employee of the year award is evaluated on the individual’s personnel file, sick leave usage, discipline, performance file…
