February is shaping up to be an exciting month at the Richwood Civic Center. As the heart of local activity, the Civic Center continues its tradition of bringing the community together through a diverse range of events and programs. Whether you’re interested in family-friendly activities, educational workshops or opportunities to give back, there’s something for everyone this month.
