Wildcat cagers secure win over Raiders in home contest

North Union varsity boys basketball coach Austin Terrill and his counterpart, Scott Vermillion of Benjamin Logan, were in agreement as to the key point of Friday’s Central Buckeye Conference game at North Union.

The two teams were tied at 26 at the halftime intermission and no more than five points of separation during the first two quarters of play.

It was still close three minutes into the third quarter as the Wildcats held a 29-28 lead.

However, over the next three minutes things turned completely toward the North Union side of the hardwood.
