Sheriff’s Report

From Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:

Skylar H. Monnier, 31, of Saint Paris, was cited for marked lanes following a property damage crash. At 8:47 a.m., Jan. 21, Monnier was driving a Cadillac CTS on the U.S. 33 exit ramp to Route 739 and struck a Honda Civic. A deputy responded to the scene and a crash report was taken.

A deputy was dispatched to a home in the 26000 Route 31 at 12:32 p.m., Jan. 22, to investigate a report of unauthorized charges that were made to the victim’s credit card. No report was taken.

Kelsey M. Ansley, 30, of Columbus, was arrested and charges with OVI after deputies were sent to Route 4 near the north junction of Route 37 at 3:19 p.m., Jan. 22, for a 2023 Subaru Forester driven …
