From Richwood Division of Police reports:

An officer responded to the 400 block of North Franklin Street at 3:26 p.m., Nov. 25, for a report of criminal trespassing. Contact was made with the individual and they were given a warning for trespassing.

Police responded to an additional report of criminal trespassing on Nov. 25 in the 100 block of West Ottawa Street at 7:57 p.m. A report was taken.

While on patrol in the 400 block of Grove Street on Nov. 26, an officer assisted a resident with a locked door at 12:18 p.m. No report was taken.

An officer saw a vehicle with its trunk open in the 10 block of North Franklin Street at 7:43 p.m., Nov. 26. After investigating the officer found nothing out …
