From Richwood Division of Police reports:

An officer responded to the 200 block of West Ottawa Street at 10:25 p.m., Nov. 9, to recover a lost wallet.

Police responded to the 20 block of Wood Street at 4:35 p.m., Nov. 9, for a dispute between a landlord and a tenant in reference to unpaid rent.

At 8:54 p.m., Nov. 9, an officer responded to the 100 block of Beatty Avenue for a report of narcotic paraphernalia being located in the front yard of a home. Upon arrival, an officer recovered the property and secured it at the Richwood Police Department.

Police were dispatched to the 400 block of North Franklin Street at 11:59 a.m., Nov. 11, for a private property, non-injury crash. A report was taken….
