Meth lab brought cartel drugs to Richwood

New details about the drug trafficking enterprise that operated in Union County between Richwood and Marysville have come to light after five suspects were recently indicted and charged in connection to the group.

The operation was busted open after a months-long investigation by the Multi-Agency Drug Enforcement Task Force (MADE). On Nov. 20, 2025, the MADE task force served search warrants and made multiple arrests in Richwood and Marysville, seizing a grand total of around 427 grams of meth and 88 grams of cocaine.
