Wildcats make Division V regional final for first time in program history

In any football game there will be twists and turns that ultimately will decide who finishes with a win at the end.

But rarely does one play stand out that most likely was that deciding factor.

A play like that, while not the final part, was the opening for North Union to stage a come-from-behind 40-36 victory last Friday in a Division V Region 20 semifinal at Carlisle.

Carlisle was leading 36-33 with eight minutes left in the fourth quarter and the Indians were on a march that could have seal a victory.
